The Scottish Drama Training Network presents, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society and their workshop:
Bring your Show to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe
North East Scotland College
Aberdeen City Campus, Gallowgate, Aberdeen
12 December 2017
The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society is the organisation that underpins the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The founding principle at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe – to be an open access arts event that accommodates anyone with a story to tell and a venue willing to host them – still regulates the work of the Society today. It is our policy that no single individual or committee determines who can or cannot perform at the Fringe.
The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society is a registered charity with three core objectives:
– Providing support, advice and encouragement to all the amazing artists, producers and venues who create the Fringe each year, from help with choosing a venue or writing a press release, to advice on touring, free access to rehearsal space, and professional development activities and events
– Assisting the audiences who come to Edinburgh by helping you navigate what’s on offer with comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date information and ticketing
– Promoting this wonderful and unique festival to the rest of the world
Find out how to bring a show to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in this interactive workshop run by Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society staff.
