Calling all Film, Theatre, Radio and Television staff and students- take part in the National Theatre of Scotland’s Dear Scotland project by having your say on what Scotland means to you during this historic year and what your hopes are for Scotland’s future.
About Dear Scotland
Dear Scotland… interactive is an online project which will act as a living record of people’s thoughts and feelings throughout this momentous year in Scotland’s history.
On the website www.dearscotland.net, NTS is collating postcards, visual and written artefacts, which members of the public are encouraged to submit, addressed to Scotland in this year of the referendum. Postcards can be easily submitted directly to the website in the form of text, an image or video, with the option of remaining anonymous.
Physical postcards can also be requested from NTS or SDTN, allowing participants to contribute hand-written thoughts (and can be posted back to NTS free of charge). Through taking part in this unique project, not only is the public given the opportunity to share their experiences and views of this year, but also contribute to a piece of public art which might also be included in a National Theatre of Scotland production later in the year.
