Acting and Performance
(HND)
This course concentrates on the development of skills required for a career in Acting and Performance. As a way of practicing and developing the necessary creative skills, students will get the opportunity to appear in a variety of plays. musicals and pantomimes before live audiences.

Entry Requirements
By audition. Applicants will be expected to perform two contrasting monologues. Appropriate educational qualifications would be an advantage and should include at least one Higher preferably in English or Drama.

Acting and Performance
(NC)
This is an introductory course providing an overview of the knowledge and skills related to Acting & Performance and is designed to enable students to enter the fields of Acting & Performance or Musical Theatre. Students will have the opportunity to perform in a variety of plays, musicals and pantomimes. The course therefore develops practical skills and enables students to gain a working knowledge in theatrical disciplines. Successful completion provides entry to HND Acting & Performance or HND Musical Theatre.

Entry Requirements
By audition. Appropriate educational qualifications are preferred but this will not be a barrier to candidates if they display the potential and enthusiasm required for a course in the performing arts.
